Bake Beside Me is Sourdough Avenue’s new hands-on sourdough experience, designed for just 1–2 people per session. You’ll bake alongside Yohana and be guided through the sourdough process, from understanding your starter and fermentation through to folding, shaping and baking.
Small, personal and practical, these sessions are about learning by actually doing it, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way.
