Sourdough Subscriptions
Each loaf is slow-fermented and baked in small batches right here at our home bakery in Laidley. By subscribing, you’re securing a place in our weekly bake schedule and helping us plan fermentation, ingredients, and delivery so everything arrives fresh and just right.
Subscriptions are limited to keep our micro-bakery manageable and ensure every loaf gets the care it deserves.

How It Works?
Our subscription is designed to make fresh sourdough part of your weekly routine.
Each week your chosen items are freshly baked and either delivered to your door or ready for collection during the selected pickup window.
Because sourdough fermentation takes time, subscriptions run in 4-week cycles to allow us to plan ingredients, fermentation schedules, and baking capacity.
After the first 4 weeks, you can continue your subscription or cancel anytime with 1 week notice.
All subscription products are baked fresh the day of delivery or pickup.

The Weekly Loaf - $15.00 - 1 x Sandwich Loaf
The Baker'e Two - $33.00 - 1 x Sanwich Load & 1 x Specialty Loaf
The Full Table - $86.00 - 1 x Sandwich Loaf, 2 x Specialty Loaves & Pan of Brownies
Collection / Delivery Options:
Pick Up (Free) - 3pm – 6pm Tuesday or Thursday - 37 Ash Avenue, Laidley
Delivery within 5kms - $4.00 - 6pm – 7pm Tuesday or Thursday
Delivery within 5-10kms - $9.00 - 6pm – 7pm Tuesday or Thursday
Subscriptions Terms and Conditions:
To keep our small home bakery running smoothly, subscriptions operate under the following terms.
Subscription Cycle
Subscriptions run in 4-week cycles to allow us to plan fermentation and baking schedules.
Cancellation
After the first 4-week cycle, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 1 weeks notice before the next bake day.
Changes
Changes to subscriptions require 48 hours notice due to sourdough fermentation time.
Orders within the 48 hour window will still be baked and charged.
Billing
Subscription payments are recurring and will be charged weekly (Sunday) until cancelled.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to automatic recurring billing.
Product Availability
Subscription products are fixed packs and flavour swaps are not available unless discussed a week in advance.
Limited Availability
Subscription places are limited and may close once baking capacity is reached.
Price Adjustments
From time to time, subscription pricing may need to change due to increases in ingredient costs, packaging, fuel, or other operating expenses.
If a price adjustment becomes necessary, customers will receive advance notice before the change takes effect, and will have the option to cancel their subscription before the new price begins.
Delivery
Delivery is available within 10km of 37 Ash Avenue, Laidley.
Delivery fee applies between 0-5kms $4 and 5–10km $9.
